What to replace with / analogues
Replacing original ASCO diaphragms with artisanal analogues is unacceptable. When selecting, it is important to consider not only geometric dimensions, but also Shore hardness, residual deformation coefficient, and resistance to a specific working medium (oil, condensate, chemical impurities). Cheap analogues often have critical deviations in profile thickness, which leads to rupture at the very first pressure start.
What to clarify with the supplier
Before placing an order with EV Group China, we recommend requesting: a certificate of authenticity for the batch of goods, a material safety data sheet (especially for Viton versions), and also clarifying the date of manufacture, as elastomers have a limited shelf life. Make sure that all necessary sealing rings and spring blocks are included in the kit.
