Technical Series of Neles Control Valves

Finetrol Series

Universal single-seat valves with an eccentric plug. They provide an equal percentage flow characteristic and high accuracy over a wide control range. The design with a low friction coefficient and resistance to clogging makes them an optimal choice for the pulp and paper and chemical industries.

NDX / Neles Globe Valves Series

Classic globe valves with linear stem movement, designed for the most severe operating conditions. Available in single-seat, double-seat, and cage designs, allowing for an optimal solution for high-temperature steam systems and petrochemical plants where precise throttling and tight shut-off are required.

V-port Segment Valves Series

Segment valves, equipped with a V-port plug, provide high flow capacity (Cv) in compact sizes. The segment geometry has a self-cleaning effect, preventing the accumulation of solid particles and fibers, which makes them ideal for controlling suspension flows and media in water treatment systems.

Top Entry Control Valves Series

The Top Entry design allows for complete technical maintenance of the valve's internal components without removing it from the pipeline. This significantly reduces equipment downtime. Valves of this series are designed for operation at temperatures up to +600 °C.

Q-Trim Series

Specialized valves equipped with multi-stage anti-cavitation and noise-reducing Q-Trim trims. They stepwise dissipate flow energy, effectively preventing cavitation wear, vibration, and reducing acoustic noise levels in systems with high pressure differentials.

Ecotrol Series
