Baihu needle valves are precision shut-off and control valves designed for high-accuracy dosing and smooth flow control of liquid and gaseous media. A key design element is the needle gate – a long conical plunger that gradually changes the flow area as the spindle rotates. This geometry ensures a linear relationship between flow rate and gate position, allowing engineers to micro-adjust the flow and maintain its stability.

Design Features and Material Execution

EV Group China supplies needle valves with a forged body, which has increased structural strength and resistance to cyclic mechanical loads and high pressure. The variability of material execution, from carbon steels to high-alloy corrosion-resistant and stainless grades, allows selecting the optimal solution for specific operating conditions, including working with aggressive chemical media.

In modifications designed for precise dosing, a stem with a precision fine thread (up to 40 TPI - turns per inch) is used. This ensures high resolution of adjustment and a linear relationship between the rotation angle of the handwheel and the volume of the medium passing through. Inside the body, the flow of the working medium turns 90 degrees, passing through a calibrated conical seat, which contributes to the stabilization and laminarization of the flow at the outlet.

The engineering solutions incorporated in Baihu valves provide for easy technical maintenance. The use of replaceable seats allows for valve repair without removal from the pipeline, which significantly extends the product's lifespan and reduces the total cost of ownership, especially in harsh operating conditions.
