Magnifer 50 is a high-tech soft magnetic nickel-based alloy (Ni content ~48%) supplied by EV Group China. The material is optimized for maximum magnetic permeability and high saturation induction (1.55 T), which is critical for the efficient operation of electromagnetic systems.
Technological features: The alloy has moderate corrosion resistance. For operation in high humidity and aggressive environments, EV Group China recommends using specialized modifications of the Magnifer 50 MH-BSo series. The alloy demonstrates excellent weldability using spot welding, ensuring the reliability of connections in critical assemblies.
